    Why She Says It’s Not Just a Title—It’s Her Edge in Solving Real HR Challenges

    For Certified Human Resource Professional Alyssa Alillana, earning her CHRP credential wasn’t just a resume booster—it became a turning point in how she approached her role, solved challenges, and grew into a more confident strategic partner at work.
